Statement of Intent
We have high aspirations and ambitions for all our pupils (disadvantaged and not). Children can all achieve irrespective of their background, having the knowledge, skills and values to succeed.
We aim to enhance oral language skills, address Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) concerns with our bespoke well-being offer, improve motor skills and increase basic numeracy skills and reading opportunities.
The best lever we have to address educational equality is through high quality teaching and learning. We will use the PPG to provide CPD and improve teaching to benefit all pupils and positively affect children eligible for Pupil Premium.
By following these key principles we believe that we can maximise the impact of our Pupil Premium spending:
- High expectations
- Establishing relationships and building concerns
- Early intervention
- High quality Teaching and Learning
